How to make whipped coffee | Dalgona Coffee
Whipped Coffee or Dalgona Coffee is delicious and best of all easy and quick to make.
So, What is Dalgona Coffee?
Dalgona Coffee is a coffee drink made by whipping equal quantities of instant coffee powder, sugar, and water (hot or cold, though hot helps disolve the coffee powder )until it becomes creamy. You then add it to a glass cold or hot milk. To add a bit of pizzazz you can top it with coffee powder, cocoa, crumbled biscuits, or honey, which ever you prefer.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons instant coffee
- 4 table spoons water (hot or cold)
- 4 table spoons sugar
- Milk
- Ice Blocks
Preparation
- Add the three ingredients into a container.
- Whisk them together , you can do this by hand or using an electric frother/whisk or beater. This needs to be done until the mix becomes thick and creamy.
- Put milk into a cup or glass, add a couple of ice blocks if you like.
- Use a spoon to scoop the frothy mix out the mixing container and then dollop it into the cup of milk.
